Ponderosa is set on 30 acres of peaceful gardens on a quiet road at Longridge... just five minutes drive to town or the beach. We sit within the World Heritage KAVHA site with spectacular views from the Ponderosa ridge. The Ponderosa property is a small collection of private cottages ,apartments and houses which take advantage of the majestic views overlooking green pastures that slope away down to the blue Pacific Ocean and out to Philip Island.
Ponderosa has eight fully equipped one and two-bedroom apartments. Niau cottage is a one-bedroom cottage equipped with a king sized bed while Routi House and Rahooloo Cottage feature two bedrooms. All offer a high standard of self contained accommodation and are very private.
The facilities include a saltwater swimming pool, barbecue areas, games and common room and many other facilities designed to make your stay on Norfolk Island a memorable and enjoyable holiday.
